The boat is self driven by the renting party. They are super easy to drive and we go through all the steps before you leave. We will take the time to answer any questions you may have.

Your rental is booked for 2 hours. This includes 15 minutes for check in, changing, and going through boat safety, then an amazing 90 minute cruise on the water and finally 15 minutes to change back into dry clothes.

Unfortunately, you are not able to extend your cruise. We have bookings after you that we need to prepare the boat for and charge the battery.

Absolutely! Clean water is our priority! We do a FULL water change between every booking. That's right, the water you get into is brand new! We also test and record the water between every cruise. Want to see the results? We are happy to test the water right in front of you!

Yes, it is definitely safe! Each boat has all the safety equipment that you may need (plus some) and we review it all with you before you leave the dock. Still have questions? We are happy to answer them all!

We understand that time flies by when you are enjoying our hot tub boats, although, we have strict return times to ensure that all of our guests can enjoy their full allotted time on the river. If you do return late, a fee may be applied to cover the inconvenience caused to the next renters. We kindly ask that you please keep an eye on time when you are out having fun to help us make the experience enjoyable for everyone.

No, you cannot go into the river. It is very unsafe. You will lose your deposit if this rule is broken.

Yes, our renters must be 21 and older. Although, if you have minor children 13 years and older that you would like to bring, please call us to make arrangements. The responsible parent will need to complete a minor waiver for them.

Our hot tub boats fit up to 5 people, with a manufacture 1,100 pound weight limit.

As long as the is no lightning, no ice and it is above 20° we will go out. That means rain or shine! (or snow) If we do have to cancel due to weather, we will work with you to find an alternate day or refund.

We set our tubs to a comfortable 102-104 degrees. The hot tub stays warm during your cruise and we teach you how to adjust the temperature if that is too warm. Please remember to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated before, during and after your cruise.

Essentials are your swimsuit, a towel, dry clothes to change into and your ID. We recommended to bring drinks (especially water), a robe, slippers or flip flops, a hat and a speaker. We provide a dry bag for your group to use while on the cruise and plastic bags for you to take your wet stuff home in.

We provide each group their own heated/air conditioned changing room that you can change in and leave all of your stuff in. We lock the changing room until you get back from your cruise.

There is no bathroom on the hot tub boat, however there is a bathroom in the attached building though. Please plan accordingly for the duration of your cruise on the water.

No, you are not permitted to dock anywhere any time during your cruise unless its an emergency.

No marijuana or drugs of any kind are allowed. No cigarettes, cigars, vapes or smoking devices of any kind are allowed. No glass packaged beverages. No food is allowed on board. Absolutely no nudity, sex or lewd behavior is allowed. Any of these offenses WILL RESULT (please bold will result) in a fee that will be applied on top of the loss of your deposit. This is not a comprehensive list, other dangerous acts may also result in a fee. Please refer to the waver.

If you plan to drive and were born after January 1st, 1989 you will need to take an online DNR boater's safety course. It costs you $10 and takes no more than an hour to do. It is not necessary if you were born on or before January 1st, 1989, but it is highly encouraged if you are not familiar with boating/being on the water. You will be provided a link for the course in your confirmation email when you book your cruise.
